The Law Office of Imon Choudhury and Ivana Špehar Janković, LL.M., was founded in 2024 by attorneys Imon Choudhury and Ivana Špehar Janković, LL.M., after years of distinguished work in the judiciary and legal practice. During this time, we gained extensive experience, expertise, and recognition in delivering legal representation and advisory services.
Our law office is the result of a long-standing collaboration in client representation, where we successfully served clients both domestically and internationally.
The office provides legal services to individuals and legal entities in both Croatian and English.

Ivana Špehar Janković, mr.sc.
Ivana Špehar Janković, mr.sc. graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb in 2003 and obtained her LL.M. in the field of criminal justice sciences from the same faculty in 2011. She gained professional experience as a judicial trainee and, after passing the bar exam in 2005, as a court advisor, deputy municipal state attorney, and deputy head of USKOK. 2019. In 2019, she began her legal career by being entered in the Directory of Lawyers of the Croatian Bar Association, and until the establishment of the Joint Law Office of Imon Choudhury and Ivana Špehar Janković, LL.M., she worked as a lawyer at a law firm in Zagreb.

CHOUDHURY
Imon Choudhury graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Osijek in 2012 and began his career as a trainee lawyer. After passing the bar exam in 2016, he worked as a state attorney advisor. That same year, he was entered in the Directory of Lawyers of the Croatian Bar Association and practiced as a lawyer in a law firm in Zagreb until the establishment of the Joint Law Office of Imon Choudhury and Ivana Špehar Janković, LL.M.
